國立臺灣大學生物資源暨農學院附設農業試驗場設立於1924年,以專業及熱忱支援臺大生農學院的教學與研究任務,並推廣環境教育、食農教育及優良的農產品,實踐大學社會責任(USR)。特此,精選臺大生農學院園藝暨景觀學系研究所畢業校友-陳詠彤所生產之阿里山高山茶葉作為「臺大農場百年精選」禮盒,陳詠彤來自嘉義阿里山的茶農世家,運用在園藝系習得的專業技術,以科學化的方式分析茶葉風味的形成並加以改良,同時以永續經營的方式自產、自製、自銷臺灣在地茶葉,為當地茶業產業注入新活力。
The NTU Agricultural Experimental Farm, established in 1924, provides professional and enthusiastic support for teaching and research at the College of Bioresources and Agriculture at National Taiwan University, 
while promoting environmental education, agricultural education, andhigh-quality agricultural products to fulfill the university's social responsibility. As part of its centennial celebration, it has selected Alishan high-mountain tea leaves produced by Collen Chen,  a graduate of NTU's Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture. Collen, from a tea farming family in Chiayi's Alishan,  applies scientific analysis and sustainable practices learned at NTU to produce and enhance Taiwan's local tea leaves, injecting new vitality into the local tea industry.


阿里山小葉種紅茶   37.5g ±  9%
阿里山是臺灣知名的高山茶產地之一,且擁有海拔超過1000公尺以上之茶園,其茶品多有香氣悠揚、喉韻甘甜厚實之特色。採阿里山小葉種茶樹之嫩芽,以傳統功夫紅茶技術製成的阿里山小葉種紅茶,茶湯甜感高、香氣幽雅,茶葉久浸也不苦澀,回味無窮,一年僅生產一次,是臺灣紅茶中獨具一格的茶品。
建議沖泡方式
使用瓷壺或陶壺,以滾水溫壺及沖泡,更能表現出茶的香氣及風味。第一泡茶靜置約50秒,或依照個人口味調整沖泡時間,可反覆回沖10次以上。

阿里山金萱   75g ±  4.5g
由農業部茶及飲料作物改良場育種選拔出來的台茶12號—金萱,以其濃郁似奶的香氣為其特色,高山種植的金萱除了口韻飽滿,喉韻甘甜的特色外,由具有老經驗的製茶師傅製作出呈現桂花甜香的高山金萱茶,亦是阿里山茶區倍賦盛名的茶品。
建議沖泡方式
使用瓷壺或陶壺,以滾水溫壺及沖泡,更能表現出茶的香氣及風味。第一泡茶靜置約50秒,或依照個人口味調整沖泡時間,可反覆回沖8次以上。


Alishan Small-leaf Black Tea
Alishan, is well-known for producing high mountain tea in Taiwan.Comparing to any black teas in the market, Alishan’s finest black tea is unique as it ismade by spring tea. Its smooth texture is coupled with an incredible taste and sweetness which lingers in the mouth without any malt or astringency.
Steeping recommendation
Using a porcelain or clay pot with boiling water enhances the aroma and flavor of the tea. First steeping roughly 50seconds,adjusting the steeping time according to personal preference. You could refill more than 10 times.


Alishan Jin Xuan
Tea and Beverage Research Station, MOA has bred and selectedTaiwan Tea No. 12, known as "Jin Xuan," which features a rich, milky aroma. Grown in high mountain regions, Jin Xuan not onlyboasts a full-bodied flavor and a sweet finish, but also presents the sweet fragrance of Osmanthus flowers, crafted by experienced tea masters. It is a renowned teaproduct from the Alishan Mountain tea region.
