LUMING YAN
LUMING YAN is a Junmai Daiginjo sake crafted with champion-grade Luming Rice (Tainan No. 16) and pure mountain spring water. Brewed at low temperatures by skilled artisans at a century-old Taiwanese sake brewery, it presents elegant aromas of apple and ripe white peach, followed by a bright, juicy acidity reminiscent of ripe sweet orange. Uniquely the only sake featuring a truly fruity and juicy profile—clean, refined, and perfect for fine dining and gifting.
